Best Urban Trick-or-Treat

Best Urban Trick-or-Treat

What makes for good urban trick-or-treating? Neighborhoods that are safe, walkable and affluent enough to hand out candy. Which is why, although it may have a very low overall percentage of children, San Francisco was chosen for the 3rd year in a row as the best place for trick-or-treating. The rating was done by the real estate website, Zillow.com, which looked at real estate values, density, neighborhood walkability and crime stats.

San Jose was ranked 4th, following Boston and Honolulu, and came in ahead of Seattle, Los Angeles, and Portland. Zillow also ranked the top 5 individual neighborhoods within each city. They will be unveiling each of them over the course of this week.
