Close collaboration with many of the Bay Area’s top architects, interior designers and consultants is paramount to our process. As a full-service landscape architectural firm, our work encompasses everything from initial concept design trough construction administration.  Our work can be seen throughout the Bay Area from the Monterey Bay to Wine Country and select projects in Hawaii.


We are seeking candidates for the position of Associate Landscape Designer Project to join our growing team. The position will expose candidates to all facets of the design and implementation process. We are looking for detail oriented, organized and self-motivated designers, who share our passion for landscape architecture, the construction process and client relations. Our rapidly growing practice requires candidates to be highly focused and driven with the ability work independently, multi-task and communicate clearly.

-Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related, from an accredited University or College
– 5+ Years Post-graduate professional experience, strongly preferred.
-Advanced Auto CAD skills required
-Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up preferred
-Strong organizational and time management skills to manage the workload in a fast-paced environment
-Communicate effectively and directly with design team, consultants and clients
-Licensed Landscape Architect preferred
-Knowledge of California plant material is preferred
-Valid drivers license preferred
-Personal vehicle preferred (employees are compensated for person vehicle use)
-In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
