Marketing Coordinator / Writer

Job Description

CMG Landscape Architecture is looking for a creative marketing person and great storyteller who is passionate about public space design to communicate the value of our work in a CMG voice.

You will play a key role in creating awareness and building CMG’s brand recognition. You will write content for external communications, such as press releases, press kits and award submissions, to support public relation efforts. You’ll meet with publication editors to push forward CMG ideas. You’ll work with technical staff to capture project stories and turn them into articles and blogs.
You will produce and update marketing collateral: project database, project sheets, brochures, resumes, project images. You’ll assist with digital marketing/website/social media. You’ll coordinate project photography. You’ll contribute ideas, creativity and energy to marketing strategy. You’ll be shaping the CMG story.
You Are:
A creative person with a strong interest in design and the public realm. You have been working in the A/E/C industry for 3-5 years and have a good knowledge of marketing best practices. You have a passion for great storytelling and have excellent writing and editing skills. You have a strong graphic sense.
You are professional with a high degree of personal responsibility and accountability. Your communication and interpersonal skills are outstanding and you take pride in your ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
