Project Description

“The Parks Conservancy is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals for Design Services for the Visitor Access and Engagement Project at Roy’ Redwoods Open Space Preserve. Design Services to include, but not limited to, trail planning, landscape architecture, engineering, and interpretation. The scope of work includes conceptual site alternatives, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation for trail and associated visitor improvements. Please see the attached RFP for a detailed scope of work and proposal requirements.

This is an open RFP, please feel free to forward on within your professional network. An optional site visit is scheduled December 13, 2018, 9 a.m. for all interested firms and their subconsultants. Please meet at the Roy’s Redwoods trailhead at Nicasio Valley Road (approximately 0.5 miles from Sir Francis Drake Blvd.). Inquiries related to this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to Rob LaPorte at rlaporte@parksconservancy.org. The cut-off for inquiries will be close of business on December 18, 2018. Proposals are due 5p.m. January 11, 2018.
